Welcome to Villo
We run seasonal one-day retreats across Victoria, designed especially for mums of little kids who are in the thick of it.
Think of it as a one-day vacay. Each retreat is thoughtfully curated to give you space to reconnect with yourself and feel like you’re on holiday without any tiny humans disturbing your peace.
Just one blissful day, all for you..
We help you go from burnt out and touched out… to calm, centred, and like yourself again.
Only one day required
No overnights. Just one glorious, guilt-free day all for you.
Not your average retreat
No kumbaya. No name tags. Just real rest, wine, movement, and stillness.
Thoughtfully curated
We plan every detail so you don’t have to lift a finger.
Zero pressure, all pleasure
Everything is optional. Do it all, or do nothing at all.
Created by a mum, for mums
We get it. Because we are you.

What's it like?
This retreat is basically being on holiday for the day, with the perfect combination of wellness + wine

"Such a beautiful group of mums and the most perfect location. Would highly recommend to any mumma that needs some time out or me time."

Hi, I'm Alex
I’m the founder of Villo, a postpartum doula, event planner and mum of two tiny humans who don’t know what peace and quiet is.
I created Villo because I needed a break that felt both indulgent and real. A day where someone else looked after me.
From there, Villo was born and now I get to share that with you.
Unplug from the noise – No toys thrown around. No tantrums. Just silence, stillness, and space.
Be taken care of – You don’t have to plan or organise a thing. We’ve handled it. Luxuriously.
Feel like yourself again – Not “mum” on autopilot. The real version who’s been buried under the chaos.
