I’m not a mum, can I come?

All of our events are open to all women. However, the majority of the retreats of targeted at mums in terms of their workshop content - and a few other mention during the day. If you are comfortable with this, then by all means you are absolutely welcome. Some of our events are not at all mum related; please check out our event page to see what we have upcoming and feel free to get in touch if it’s not clear.

Is it ok to come alone?

Yes - guests often attend any of our events on their own. A great opportunity for some time to yourself, in a welcoming and non-judgemental environment.

I’ve never done yoga before, can I come?

All of our yoga is suitable for beginners!

Question 5

I don’t drink alcohol, is it going to be worth me coming?

Accepted Answer

A lot of our guests don’t drink, or are driving - so we have lots of alcohol alternatives.
