What should I bring?
We provide notepads, pens, food, drink, yoga mats + props. The idea is that you can just walk out of the house... No packing, no bags, nothing. Dreamy, right?
However, if you are planning to have a dip then don't forget your bathers (fluffy bath robe provided) x

What should I wear?
Please wear something comfortable as we will be doing a pilates class in the morning and sitting on the floor for a few of the workshops.

Arrival Information
There is plenty of parking at Fortuna Villa - enter the Villa via the gates by the carpark and we'll be there to greet you!

10:30am: Morning tea + chats
11:15am: Stress Management workshop with Gayle from Soul Care

1:30pm: Self reflection + journalling activity
2:15pm: Poolside hangs + swims, with wine + platters
4:30pm: Farewells

What happens at a Villo Retreat? Well, expect to leave the chaos of your life at home, and spend a day of rest and relaxation at a luxury venue, in the company of around 20 other mums who really GET you, and what you're going through.
We will have an agenda for the day which will include pilates, meditation, a wellness workshop, and plenty of time to relax (with a glass of bubbles in hand) by the pool - but also we like to stress that our agenda is completely and utterly OPTIONAL, so if you decide to sneak off for a coffee with your book and find a comfy seat for a few hours then we totally get it. In fact, it makes us super happy to see people choosing what feels good for them, rather than what they feel like they should be doing.

THE VENUE
Our spring retreat will be held at Fortuna Villa; an 1871 Bendigo mansion with Roman baths, an ornamental lake, a reproduction Pompeii fountain and 3.7ha of manicured gardens and lawns.

THE FOOD + DRINK
Our Private chef from Melbourne will be delivering a curated, seasonal menu to ensure that you mums are well fed during your day; understanding that we crave healthy, but filling food - and that we rarely get to eat with two hands.
The day will include morning tea, a gourmet grazing lunch table and afternoon platters.
We will also be providing free flowing wine all afternoon - but can also cater to other preferences on request.
Who's It For?
This retreat is designed with mums in mind. Mums face unique challenges and we want to honour this with specific workshops and activities.
It's for mums of all ages, in all stages of motherhood.
Some mums come alone, some mums come in pairs, some mums bring a gang. But whatever way you choose to come along, we are ALWAYS an inclusive and empathetic group.
